How long are vouchers valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need a little more flexibility, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Can I use a voucher on any menu?
Menu-specific vouchers are redeemable against that menu. Monetary vouchers can be used against any food or drinks on the night.
How does the recipient receive the voucher?
Instantly by email — a beautifully designed message with their unique voucher code.
Can I send the voucher to myself and give it in person?
Of course — just enter your own email address and pass it on however you like.
How do I book using a voucher?
